We are a small(ish), enthusiastic, and friendly team. We provide design, development & strategy for a broad array of different organizations from schools and NPOs to technology companies and multinational financial institutions. We try our best to only partner with businesses that have strong ethical standards and respect for our time and talent.

Everyone Loves Us
We have amazing client and employee retention. We tend to engage in unique and fun projects that may be unlike anything you have ever done before due to our roots in the education and nonprofit sectors.

Don't judge us by our marketing site, judge us by our work. Our site is old and we know it. All of our work comes from referrals via our very satisfied and successful clients, so we haven't focused on our marketing website in a while. We are too busy working on amazing projects for our clients!

Remote Since 2008
We have been remote since our inception in 2008. We aren't dipping our toe in the water here, we were born with gills. We are an efficient, effecitve remote team that respects the time and personal life of our employees. We don't bog you down with disruptive meetings due to inefficient communication workflows, but we still make time to engage socially and build interpersonal relationships via a clear structure for communicaiton and team sync.

Review & Screening (for developers)
We will respond with initial follow-up questions and for developers, a take-home code challenge that should require 30 miniutes or less to complete. This will be your only code test / challenge in the interview process. If we decide to advance you, we will even compensate you for the time spent on the challenge regardless of advancement beyond the the next interview round. Your time has value. We require this challenge simply as a filter to avoid the various bots and scams that are all too common in the current job-search climate.

Initial Meeting
A brief meeting with leadership focused on culture and projects to make sure we are all happy with moving forward.

Direct Report Interview
Meet your direct reports: Dev leadership will provide you with a day-in-the-life, project previews and best-fit analysis based upon upcoming initiatives. We will ask you for code samples, project tours, and details related to your skillset.

Meet Your Peers
All-hands virtual roundtable where you get to meet our entire team and ask / answer questions until everyone is happy.

Final Details
If the fit is right, we will work out any final details, answer all of your questions, and make you an offer.
