BHFT is a proprietary algorithmic trading firm, operating exclusively with its own capital across a variety of asset classes. We do not have clients to operate or any assets under management (AUM).

Our team manages the full trading cycle, from software development to creating and coding strategies and algorithms. Leveraging the power of Rust, we've built an in-house trading platform, which is currently used privately within the company. Additionally, we are not limited to internal tools alone; we actively monitor various market solutions and implement them to enhance our efficiency.

We have achieved significant results with our platform in cryptocurrency trading being ranked among the top 30 companies globally. Our current objective is to diversify and thus expand our operations into traditional markets, with a particular focus on derivatives (futures and options), ETFs, equities.

We are a team of 200+ professionals with a strong emphasis on technology — around 70% are technical specialists working in development, infrastructure, testing, and analytics. The remaining part of the team supports our business operations, including Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and other functions.

Our employees are located across the globe, from the United States to Hong Kong. While we maintain office spaces, we provide opportunities for all employees to work remotely.
