Customer Service: Address service-related questions from patients and potential clients.Provide clear and concise information regarding treatments, procedures, and other services.Ensure patient satisfaction by offering exceptional customer service. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments for patients using the practice's scheduling software.Confirm appointments and follow up with patients to ensure they are prepared for their visits.Coordinate with dermatologists and other staff members to maintain an efficient appointment calendar.
