You thrive on structure, numbers and organization — and love the feeling of a perfectly balanced spreadsheet? You’re not just looking to contribute, but to shape things? As a Product Manager at AMELI, you’ll take on a key role in the development and launch of our handbags — from the first idea to go-live. You’ll work at the intersection of design, operations and marketing, bringing structure to creative chaos.
Customer-Centric Product Development
Use customer feedback, sales data and market research to identify product needs and new features. Prioritize requirements based on data and plan roadmaps for upcoming collections.
Material Selection & Supplier Comparison
Support our design team in sourcing new materials by gathering quotes, comparing prices, and evaluating quality and functionality. You’ll also support our COO in supplier negotiations with our Italian production partner.
Costing & Calculations
Create bills of materials (BOMs), calculate production and material costs, and find the sweet spot between premium quality and financial efficiency.
Production Planning & Launch Management
Coordinate production timelines with operations and align go-to-market strategies with marketing — including launch checklists, handovers, and timing.
Launch Coordination & Iteration
Orchestrate cross-functional launches, gather structured feedback, and define improvements for future production runs.
Experience & Methodology
2+ years of professional experience in consulting, project management, or a start-up environment. You think in structure, communicate clearly, and turn complexity into actionable plans.
Analytics & Tools
You’re confident in Excel/Sheets, love a good pivot table, and enjoy mapping out workflows and processes.
Organizational Talent
You stay on top of multiple projects, set your own priorities, and work with precision and structure.
Communication & Hands-on Mentality
You collaborate closely with design, marketing, and ops — always solution-oriented, proactive, and pragmatic.
Languages
Fluent in both German and English. Italian is a plus. A passion for high-quality products and a sharp eye for detail are a must.
