Contra Labs is seeking experts in creating and maintaining design systems, specifically those with experience adhering to Google's Material Design. to work on a research project for one of the world’s top Design companies. This project involves using your professional expertise to make decisions about design system adherence and implementation in product design outputs from next-gen creative AI tools.
You must have a complete Contra profile to move on to a paid assessment. This must include at 4 examples of original work.
Ideal applicants will have:
- Figma, Sketch, or Adobe experience
- Experience working with and adhering to design systems, specifically Google's Material Design
- The ability to give precise, actionable feedback on provided design outputs
- Design System quality feedback experience
- User Experience feedback experience
- 3+ years of experience getting your designs into production
Role Specifics:
- Must be US Based
- All potential candidates will be required to take a paid assessment before we can extendyou an offer.
- This project requires that you be able to commit a minimum of 20 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week.
- Available for a minimum of a 3-month starting contract with opportunity for extension

Payment:
- $50-$100 an hour
- Weekly payment ($1,000 - $2,000 weekly payout)
