About the Role

We are expanding our remote team and seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist clients with travel reservations, booking coordination, and customer care services.

This fully remote position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a flexible environment while building valuable skills within the travel services industry.

You will support clients throughout their travel journey — from initial inquiry to completed experience — while working from home with structured training and ongoing support.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist clients with travel reservations including cruises, hotels, resorts, and vacation packages
  • Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Manage booking confirmations, itinerary updates, and travel documentation
  • Research destinations and travel options based on client needs
  • Maintain accurate customer and reservation records
  • Support clients before, during, and after travel
