We are hiring a Remote Customer Support Representative to assist clients with travel bookings, reservation coordination, and customer service support.

This role focuses on helping clients plan and manage travel experiences while working remotely in a flexible, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with travel reservations including cruises, hotels, resorts, and vacation packages
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Manage booking confirmations, itinerary updates, and documentation
  • Research travel options and destination information
  • Maintain accurate reservation and client records
  • Provide ongoing customer support before, during, and after travel
