Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with travel reservations including cruises, hotels, resorts, and vacation packages
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Manage booking confirmations, itinerary updates, and documentation
- Research travel options and destination information
- Maintain accurate reservation and client records
- Provide ongoing customer support before, during, and after travel
