Inevitable LLC is seeking a highly organized Content Operations & Digital Workflow Coordinator to help coordinate the production, organization, and deployment of educational and marketing content across our digital platforms.
This role focuses on maintaining the operational flow of content systems and ensuring that projects move smoothly from planning through publication. It is a coordination and workflow role rather than a content creation position.
You will collaborate closely with our operations lead, Ana, coordinating workflows, tracking deliverables, and maintaining organized systems that support content production and communications.
The role also involves helping ensure that communications, collaborations, and speaking engagements have the information and coordination needed to move from opportunity to completion.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, organizing systems, anticipating needs, and helping complex projects move smoothly to completion.
Responsibilities
• Organize and track production of educational and marketing content across multiple digital platforms
• Maintain structured timelines and task tracking systems to ensure projects move forward on schedule
• Coordinate contributors and provide friendly follow-up to keep deliverables on track
• Implement and deploy pre-created content across email campaigns, webpages, and course platforms
• Ensure content placement, formatting, and links are accurate when content is published or updated
• Help coordinate information and logistics related to communications, collaborations, and speaking engagements
• Maintain clear systems that allow projects and communications to move smoothly from idea to completion
Schedule
Approximately 14 hours per week
Hours can be scheduled flexibly as long as project timelines and communication needs are met.
Typically structured as either:
• about 2 hours per weekday, or
• two longer workdays per week
Compensation
Flat contractor fee:
$350 per week
Independent contractor (1099)
Additional hours may occasionally be scheduled by mutual agreement.
Some availability overlapping with U.S. Central Time working hours is required.
U.S. candidates preferred, though international applicants with overlapping availability may be considered.
