JustPlay is looking for a passionate Lead Product Manager to build out the engagement product domain for our loyalty platform, driving player excitement by maximizing their engagement, boosting long term retention and fostering live-ops across our scaled platform. Own and define the product engagement domain and shape our engagement strategy
Drive product growth to enhance player engagement and retention across our rewarded gaming ecosystem
Help define and execute the LiveOps strategies for our platform
Foster player habit creation by leveraging behavioral science, gamification techniques, and product design principles to build healthy relationship habits and increase usage frequency, driving long-term player value
Drive retention metrics by identifying opportunities to improve key retention and engagement metrics while optimizing our LTV
Design and implement awesome A/B tests and other experiments to test hypotheses about user behavior. Use data to refine engagement strategies and gather user feedback to iterate and optimize product features
Monitor performance and continuously identify opportunities for product and process improvement
Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and development teams to align events with campaigns and deliver exceptional player experiences
Stay updated on industry trends to keep our platform competitive and innovative

At least 4 years of experience in driving product retention and engagement in the mobile industry, preferably in mobile games, loyalty platforms and other B2C apps.
Data-driven mindset with experience designing impactful product engagement strategies
Strong project management and analytical skills
Excellent English communication skills for clear idea articulation and cross-team collaboration
