We are currently looking to expand our team with both Experienced Business Consultants & Advisors and Regular Advisory Professionals to join our remote team. As a MindFriend Pro Consultant/Advisor, you will collaborate with clients, apply psychological insights, and provide strategic solutions to improve organizational effectiveness and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with corporate, public sector, and multinational clients to understand their challenges and deliver customized advisory solutions
Conduct in-depth assessments to identify inefficiencies, improve decision-making, and strengthen business operations
Develop and present data-driven recommendations for optimizing leadership, processes, and overall organizational performance
Design and implement strategic frameworks that align with client goals and drive sustainable growth
Lead and participate in client consultations, delivering insights through presentations, reports, and workshops
Support risk management, negotiation strategies, and conflict resolution efforts across diverse industries
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver practical, actionable, and measurable solutions
Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and successful project outcomes

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in business consulting, strategic advisory, or a related field
Proven ability to deliver high-level advisory services across corporate, public, or multinational organizations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience delivering data-driven insights
Expertise in strategic planning, organizational change, and process optimization
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead senior-level engagements
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering insights to executive audiences
