The Role:
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with experience to join one of our fast-growing client teams. You will play a key role in building modern web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and helping shape the future of user experiences across various platforms.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
- Proven experience developing custom Salesforce applications and integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and development lifecycle in Salesforce (SFDX, Git, DX CLI, etc.).
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II is a strong plus).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Located in CET timezone (+/- 3 hours), we are unable to consider applications from candidates in other time zones.
Nice-to-have
- Experience with third-party Salesforce apps (e.g., Conga, DocuSign, CPQ, etc.).
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools like Copado or Gearset.
- Understanding of large-scale data migration, data quality, and deduplication strategies.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Asana.
- Knowledge of industry-specific Salesforce implementations (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud).
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Apex code and Lightning components.
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware.
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
- Optimize performance and ensure platform scalability and security.
- Collaborate with admins, analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver impactful features.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to fellow developers.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and best practices.
- Participate in technical planning, estimation, and solution design discussions.
