Role Overview:As a Member of Product Staff, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our multimodal AI products, collaborating with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to deliver user-centric solutions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and articulate a product vision and strategy aligned with Reka’s mission and market opportunities.Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user studies to inform product decisions.Create and maintain a prioritized product roadmap balancing technical feasibility, business value, and customer impact.Lead cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful product delivery.Champion user-centric design and collaborate with UX/UI designers for intuitive and accessible products.Define and track KPIs to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, working closely with marketing and sales.Identify and mitigate product risks throughout the development lifecycle.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Product Management, or related field.5+ years of product management experience, especially in AI/machine learning/multimodal technologies and in a B2B setting (preferred)Proven track record of launching and growing multimodal AI products.Excellent analytical and communication skills.Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.Reka's MissionReka's mission is to build useful multimodal artificial intelligence and use it to empower organisations and businesses.
