As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for restaurant professionals, ensuring that our products not only look great but also solve real-world problems. How you'll add value:

Design Impactful Experiences: Lead design efforts on small to medium-sized projects, creating thoughtful visual design, interaction design, and high-fidelity prototypes that enhance the user journey. 
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring your designs to life, ensuring alignment with product goals and business objectives. 
Participate in Design Reviews: Present your work to team members and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to iterate and improve designs, always with an eye toward the user’s needs. 
Contribute to User-Centered Solutions: Utilize user research, feedback, and data analysis to ensure your designs solve real pain points and elevate the overall product experience. 
Enhance Design Consistency: Maintain and contribute to Restaurant365’s design system to ensure cohesive user experiences across all platform components.

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

3+ years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related field, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your problem-solving and user-focused design skills. 
A keen interest in creating intuitive, user-friendly designs that tackle complex problems with creativity and precision. 
Strong expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to produce high-quality wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. 
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and value the contributions of product managers, engineers, and fellow designers in the design process. 
A deep understanding of the importance of user research and usability testing, along with the ability to iterate based on feedback and data. 
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, shifting priorities as necessary to meet business and user needs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience designing for SaaS platforms or B2B products, especially in the restaurant or hospitality industries, is highly desirable. 
In-depth understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices to ensure that designs are functional, elegant, and easy to use. 
Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across product lines. 
Ability to distill complex user needs and business goals into clean, functional, and aesthetically pleasing design solutions.
