Respond promptly and professionally to live chat messages on our website
Answer general questions about school programs, admissions, campus life, and events
Provide accurate information and direct complex inquiries to the appropriate departments

Log conversations and frequently asked questions for internal team use
Collaborate with the Communications and Admissions teams to stay updated on current events and messaging
