What You’ll Do

Design and build end-to-end product features across the stack
Work directly with product and design
Drive technical architecture, scalability, and infrastructure choices
Establish engineering standards and shape the team culture
Move quickly, own outcomes, and have real influence over the roadmap

What We’re Looking For

You might be a great fit if you:

Have 7+ years of experience building full-stack web apps that users love
Ship fast, own your work, and don’t wait for permission
Care deeply about product quality and performance

Technical skills:

Frontend: React, JavaScript/TypeScript expertise
Backend: Python (FastAPI or similar), production-grade systems
Cloud & Infra: AWS or GCP, CI/CD, SQL/NoSQL
Bonus: Docker, Kubernetes, SaaS or AI/ML tools, early-stage startup experience

Hybrid-Remote Work

This is a hybrid-remote position with flexible location options. We collaborate primarily during business hours aligned with Eastern Time (NYC). Occasional travel to NYC will be required for team onsites and product sprints.
