So what is the role?

We at nunc. are on a mission to build a new cult brand in the home coffee machine segment. The Senior CRM & Email Marketing Manager will be a key solo contributor responsible for spearheading email marketing, customer engagement, retention, and CLV within the nunc. ecosystem, supporting the growth of a loyal customer base:

Your daily tasks include setting up personalised user journeys to keep the coffee-loving community engaged, encouraging them to try new roasts or repurchase favorites or merchandise.
You are responsible for overall after-sales loyalty and community building, collaborating with our events, social, and customer love teams.
You take on the challenge of segmenting the customer base and analyzing usage patterns to provide seamless feedback for new machine feature development.
You build and own the referral program, fostering a network of brand advocates.
You conceptualise and manage the editorial newsletter.

This is the next level you achieve after 6 months:

You set up Klaviyo to effectively populate data for customer segmentation.
You established the first post-purchase and referral flows to enhance the customer experience.
You know our nunc. system by heart and can implement data-driven user journeys to maintain high levels of loyalty and engagement.
You have put in hard work, growing and developing your skills beyond your imagination.

What you need for this role:

The position requires a completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in the fields in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
You have at least 5 years of practical experience in the area of CRM & Email Marketing
You are proficient in using CRM tools like Klaviyo; initial experience with automation software is desirable.
You have strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
A structured, independent, and responsible work style, along with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, completes your profile
