At Ace Stainless Supply, we believe in building a team where people feel trusted, supported, and empowered to grow. We run lean, move fast, and value clarity over corporate jargon. Whether you’re in California or working remotely overseas, you’re treated like a core member of the team—because you are.

We value accountability and communication, but we’re not into micromanagement. We set clear expectations, give you the tools to succeed, and encourage open, respectful dialogue. Daily check-ins keep us aligned, but your time is your own—we care more about results than how many hours you’re at your desk.

Our culture is built on mutual respect, strong vendor relationships, and pride in the quality of our work. We serve industries where mistakes cost time and money, so we train carefully, work collaboratively, and support each other through challenges. Everyone plays a role in helping us grow and when you grow, we grow with you.

If you’re someone who takes ownership, loves structure, and enjoys being part of a hardworking team that’s building something big, you’ll fit right in at Ace.

We take hiring seriously since were embracing remote team members and we're building a team we can count on for the long haul. Our process is designed to be clear, respectful of your time, and focused on finding the right fit for both sides.

We conduct a three-stage interview process:

We typically select a shortlist of 8 candidates and hire 1 standout team member who’s aligned with our goals, work ethic, and values. If you’re someone who communicates well, takes initiative, and thrives in a structured but flexible environment, you’ll do great here.
