At Koast.ai, our transparent hiring process wraps up in two to three weeks. We start with a 3–5 day review of your resume, portfolio, and optional intro video. Next, a 30-minute intro chat to discuss fit and role expectations. Then a take-home coding challenge (3 days) that reflects real on-the-job work. We follow with a 60-minute technical interview covering system design, problem solving, and LLM-powered features. A 30-minute conversation with our Co-Founder explores culture, values, and growth.
