Once a year, our fully remote team gathers in a beautiful location for a week-long workation — a mix of joy, connection, and collaboration. We've met in places like Sweden, Bali, Lithuania, Morocco, the Azores, Panama and more. A photographer always travels with us, and you’ll spot real team members in the images across our website, blog and social media.

While we now work from all over the globe, we still keep a small co-working space in Vilnius, Lithuania, to honor our roots.

As a global and remote team, our hiring process is less traditional. We prefer to get creative and have fun, which means ditching resumes and cover letters.  And it works!

Over the years, we’ve received amazing applications and hired talented people from around the world.
While this process is how we hire new team members 90% of the time, our approach can slightly differ from time to time as we're always experimenting and improving. We’ll always make sure to clearly inform you about the next steps and expectations.

Round 1 - Apply
- Start your journey by completing our application form or by creating a Newsletter application
- Be yourself and highlight your important skills for the job
- We aim to review applications within a week and provide updates to all applicants

Round 2 - HR Interview
- We'll arrange a friendly chat to get to know each other better
- This is your chance to ask questions and ensure our values align
- All interviews are recorded, with your permission

Round 3 - Task
- If you progress, you'll receive a unique test assignment
- Showcase your expertise and align your skills with the role's demands
- Each task comes with a completion deadline and feedback if necessary

Round 4 - Team Lead Interview
- If you're a great match, you'll have an in-depth conversation with the team leader
- Explore the role's intricacies and clarify any questions you might have

Round 5 - Final Decision
- If we're a match, you'll receive an offer and officially join our team
- We strive to provide constructive feedback to unsuccessful candidates
- If you're not selected this time, we'll inform you.
