Our hiring process is structured, fair and tailored to each role. We assess candidates against clear role requirements using consistent, competency-based questions, role-specific tasks and shared scorecards. The interview panel reviews the evidence together and documents its decisions.

The process typically starts with an application review, followed by a Medify culture interview - a friendly, informal 30-minute chat with our Talent Manager. Candidates then meet a relevant interview panel and may complete a role-specific task or trial, depending on the position.

We aim to keep the process moving quickly, providing clear communication, regular updates and transparent next steps so candidates are never left waiting unnecessarily.
