Our hiring process is designed to help both Moon Prep and each candidate determine whether the role is a strong mutual fit. After reviewing applications, we invite selected candidates to confirm their understanding of the position’s key requirements, including availability, responsibilities, and the nature of the working relationship.
Candidates who advance may be asked to complete a practical assessment relevant to the role. Successful applicants will then participate in a structured interview with a member of our leadership or subject-matter expert team. The interview focuses on professional experience, technical capabilities, communication skills, alignment with our values, and the candidate’s ability to support students effectively in a remote environment.
Following the interview, our leadership team reviews the candidate’s complete application and progress selected candidates to a meeting with the CEO or COO. After this meeting a final hiring decision is made. Selected candidates receive a formal offer and, upon acceptance, complete applicable documentation, a background check, and our onboarding and training process.
