Responsibilities

SEO & Content Marketing

  • Drive SEO strategy through performance tracking, testing, and optimization.
  • Use technical SEO tools (Screaming Frog, GSC, Ahrefs, etc.) for audits and improvements.
  • Write SEO-optimized content for blogs and landing pages.
  • Lead outreach and link-building to boost rankings and authority.

Performance Marketing

  • Run, test, and optimize paid campaigns across established and emerging channels.
  • Build campaigns from scratch - setup, targeting, creatives, and tracking.
  • Analyze data and report insights to improve ROI, guide strategy, and scale what works.
  • Make data-driven decisions through constant experimentation.

Ad Hoc Tasks

  • Organize and sequence new leads for outreach campaigns.
  • Manage the direct outreach inbox, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

We tackle new and exciting projects regularly. You'll have plenty of room to turn bold ideas into reality. Our agile, data-driven approach means we move fast, experiment often, and continuously optimize.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with both the skills and mindset to thrive in a fast-moving startup:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a tech startup environment.
  • Proficiency with all Search Engine Ad platforms, and analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Looker Studio, or similar).
  • Proactively identify high-impact growth opportunities, suggest new ideas, and focus on what truly moves the needle.
  • Thrive in a fully remote, fast-paced environment - highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining clear and open communication.
