We value autonomy and taking measured risks for faster learning. There's no micromanaging here; you manage your own time, but we do help each other out and work towards the same goals.

We hate overcomplicating things - if it takes two steps, don't make it ten. We’re direct, honest, and maybe a little sarcastic. We take our work seriously, but definitely not ourselves. 

We're still in the startup phase with a small team, so we don't have strict rules or policies written up for every small thing yet, but instead we treat our people as great humans and always act in good faith.
