Remote Generalist AI Trainer

Responsibilities

  • Write clear, natural prompts and responses on all kinds of topics
  • Read and compare AI answers, rate them, and explain how to make them better
  • Spot mistakes, biases, or risky outputs and help fix them
  • Check facts and do quick research to keep everything accurate
  • Follow each project’s guidelines carefully and deliver great work every time

Qualifications

Required:

  • Native-level English and really strong writing skills
  • Previous experience training AI, rating responses, or working with chatbots/LLMs
  • Great attention to detail and good judgment
  • Wide general knowledge (you don’t need to be an expert in everything, but you’re curious and well-read)
  • Reliable, organized, and comfortable working from home
  • Care about quality and can adapt when instructions change

Nice to have:

  • Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Computer Science, Linguistics, or similar
  • Real experience or deep knowledge in a specific field (science, law, finance, medicine, creative writing, etc.)

Pay $22-$36 USD per hour, depending on the project and your experience.
The more skills you bring, the higher your rate.
