We're seeking a talented brand designer to create a complete visual identity from the ground up, one that embodies luxury, quality, trust, and a unique, intelligent approach to property development. The chosen designer will work from a detailed brand strategy brief, provided to shortlisted applicants.
 
Scope of Work / Key Deliverables: The designer will be responsible for developing the following elements:
  • New Logo & Wordmark System
  • Brand Color Palette
  • Typography System
  • Stationery Set (Business Card, Letterhead, Envelope)
  • Site Hoarding Design Concept (visual direction for brand application)
  • Social Media Profile Kit
  • Presentation Template Design
  • Comprehensive Brand Guidelines Document
