We’re looking for someone who can help run the business side of our book of accounts — tracking, data, communication, and follow-through — so nothing important gets missed. We need someone with strong project management and operations background, communicating and engaging with executives, management and different members of the team; someone highly organizational who can handle multiple tasks at the same time, a problem solver and can give general support to the Executive in handling day to day operations in the business. 3-4 hours a day, Monday through Friday, US time zones.
