We are looking for a skilled Paid Media Specialist to oversee, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns across Facebook and Google platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and continuously optimize Facebook and Google Ads campaigns

Track daily campaign performance and transform data into actionable insights

Optimize budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, and targeting to improve CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS

Test, analyze, and iterate ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to scale top-performing campaigns

Collaborate closely with design, content, and sales teams to ensure aligned and effective marketing strategies

Stay informed about platform updates, industry trends, and emerging paid media opportunities

What Will Make You Stand Out

A background in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns

Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking

Data-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized

Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
