We set our sales team up for long-term success with a structured onboarding process:

  • Week 1: Learn our sales script & product presentation. End of the week - live evaluation.
  • Week 2: Complete a phone skills training course & master objection handling.
  • Week 3: Final qualification. If you pass, you’ll officially join our team!


Who We’re Looking For: 

  • Proven Sales Ability – Strong track record of closing deals.
  • Cold Outreach Experience – You know how to open doors.
  • Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented – You love challenges & crushing quotas.
  • Great Time Management Skills – Thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Superior Communication Skills – You know how to connect & persuade.
  • College Degree or Equivalent Work Experience Preferred.
