Weiterentwicklung unserer Plattform in NestJS & React
Direkter Austausch mit Kunden (Support, Feedback, User-Tests)
Mittelfristig: Übernahme der Feature / Opportunity Priorisierung unserer Voice AI

Extremes Growth Mindset
Viel Erfahrung mit TypeScript, React und Node.js (idealerweise NestJS) in einem SaaS-Produkt
Pragmatismus: Du zerlegst Features in die essenziellen Teile, die sofort Kundennutzen schaffen - und entwickelst sie mit neuen Erkenntnissen weiter
Erfahrung im direkten Kundenkontakt (Support, User Research, Feedback-Gespräche)
Deutsch auf Muttersprache-Niveau, um unsere KI aktiv mitzugestalten
