Are You Our Next Marketing Operations Manager?

Forward Push Law Firm Marketing is a marketing and advertising agency that helps lawyers grow their practices through data-driven digital marketing. We’re expanding and looking for a systems-minded, people-savvy Marketing Operations Manager to keep our global team organized and our client work on schedule.

Role Overview

  • You’ll own day-to-day delivery for our clients and the agency brand.
  • Your mission: make sure every project is completed on time, on brand, and profitably—without the founder having to manage the details.
  • You’ll lead people, processes, and platforms across a distributed team working in the U.S., South Africa, Philippines, India, and LATAM.

Responsibilities

  • Manage ClickUp boards, build timelines, assign tasks, and track progress.
  • Lead weekly production meetings and distribute action items.
  • Maintain a live delivery calendar for all clients and the agency.
  • Balance workloads across team members and contractors.
  • Build and document SOPs for repeatable workflows.
  • Enforce QA standards before client delivery.
  • Integrate AI-assisted tools (such as ChatGPT and internal AI) into workflows.
  • Produce concise weekly status reports for leadership.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years in marketing or creative-agency operations.
  • Advanced user of ClickUp / Asana / Monday / similar.
  • Comfortable managing remote, cross-cultural teams.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, social, paid-media, and content workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bonus Skills: GHL (HighLevel), automation, AI tools, or legal-industry experience.

What Success Looks Like

  • 95 % of projects delivered on time.
  • < 5 % of deliverables returned for errors.
  • Weekly Ops Report submitted on time, every time.
  • Team morale high, communication clear, and the founder focused on growth.
