Business Development Manager (20hrs/week + Commission)

As a team with high-ranking senior website and web app engineers, we have been creating advanced WordPress, API and Custom Integration solutions on an SME and Enterprise level to cover our client's needs.

We've been active technology and digital marketing partners for both international and US-based clientele for the last 16 years. OmniStreak Team has engineered Digital and LMS platforms that hosted over 700,000 active members, with ongoing active maintenance involving short-term and long-term scaling plans to benefit the expansion of our customer's businesses.

This is a part-time (20 hours / week) role.

We’re a founder-led remote web development agency with over 20 years of experience and a strong portfolio of high-profile, long-term clients. Until now, we’ve grown entirely through referrals and inbound. Now, we’re ready to take growth into our own hands — and that’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a hands-on Business Development Manager to help us build and run a repeatable client acquisition process from the ground up.

You'll thrive here if you’re entrepreneurial, proactive, and excited by shaping the sales function from scratch.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with the founder to define our ideal client profile (ICP), services, and positioning
  • Research and identify new leads — using LinkedIn, warm intros, and other outbound strategies
  • Write and test outbound messages, cold emails, or intro messages
  • Jump on intro calls, represent the company, and close deals (with founder support as needed)
  • Maintain a lightweight CRM to track deals and follow-ups
  • Help build a repeatable, scalable leadgen & sales system

Outcomes After 90 Days:

  • Clear outbound process tested (what works, what doesn’t)
  • 15–20 high-quality leads sourced and contacted
  • First 1–2 client deals closed (or in closing stages)
  • The founder can step back from day-to-day outreach

You’ll Succeed If You Have:

  • Previous experience selling dev services, digital agencies, or B2B consulting
  • A builder mindset — you’re not just running a script, you’re improving it
  • Great communication — you can confidently lead calls and craft outreach
  • Experience with outbound email, LinkedIn, CRM tools (or willingness to learn fast)
  • Ability to work async, self-manage, and drive results without constant oversight
  • US-centric professional mindset with a high-achieving attitude

Role Details:

  • Part-time: ~20 hours/week
  • Commission: 10–15% of the net new business you close
  • Remote - work from anywhere
  • Opportunity to grow into a full-time or Head of Growth role
