Who We Are

Your Role & Impact

As our Google Ads Specialist, you will execute and optimize campaigns across 70+ Google Ads accounts and 25+ Local Service Ads accounts. You’ll work closely with our existing Google Ads Manager who has been with the team for years and know our systems inside and out. Together, you’ll follow our proven framework while proactively collaborating with SEO and client success teams to ensure campaigns align with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build campaigns using our templates and SOPs in Google Ads Manager and Ads Editor.

  • Perform weekly and monthly optimization routines (negative keywords, search term analysis, budgets, ad assets, keyword additions, bidding strategies).

  • Run QA checklists before launching or editing campaigns (geo settings, match types, naming conventions, conversion actions).

  • Maintain accurate documentation and task updates in ClickUp.

  • Implement and verify tracking with WhatConverts using established processes.

  • Generate reports in Looker Studio with performance insights.

  • Manage Local Service Ads tasks (budget pacing, category checks, verification checks).

  • Collaborate proactively with SEO and client success managers to align performance with business goals.

  • Suggest SOP refinements based on test results or recurring patterns.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • At least 1 year managing Google Ads campaigns for lead generation (non-ecommerce).

  • Proven ability to execute with precision and detail orientation (zero critical errors in recent work).

  • Strong analytical skills for search term review, pacing, and campaign adjustments.

  • Proficiency with: Google Ads Manager, Google Ads Editor, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, ClickUp, Slack.

  • Ability to follow SOPs exactly while identifying opportunities for refinement.

  • Excellent written English for ad copy, documentation, and cross-team communication.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven—committed to flawless execution.

Bonus Experience (not required):

  • Local Service Ads management

  • Unbounce

  • Service-based lead generation campaign optimization

  • Familiarity with WhatConverts or CallRail.

Compensation, Benefits, and Schedule

  • Base Salary: $1,000–$2,000 USD/month depending on experience, and skill level.
