About the Role
We are hiring an AI Creative Operator to support the daily production of slideshows and short-form video
content across 10 active brands in our pipeline. This is a highly execution-driven role that requires strong
autonomy, extreme attention to detail, and a solid understanding of LLM-based workflows. The core
responsibility is not ideation from scratch, but cloning, adapting, and refining slideshow concepts that are
already proven to work on TikTok, using our internal VibeCoded applications.
This role demands a self-managed and proactive profile. You are expected to understand the objective,
identify high-performing reference content on TikTok, and execute without waiting for detailed instructions.
Key Responsibilities
• Produce one slideshow idea per brand per day (currently 10 brands).
• Identify and analyze TikTok content that is already performing well, especially slideshow-based and
short-form formats.
• Clone and adapt proven slideshow concepts for different brands using internal tools.
• Ensure accurate and consistent product insertion on every slide, including visuals, context, positioning, and
brand alignment.
• Operate using internal VibeCoded applications.
• Work with LLMs (Large Language Models), with a strong focus on Claude Code, to support content
adaptation and execution.
• Self-manage daily priorities, delivery volume, and quality control.
• Stay up to date with short-form and slideshow trends on TikTok and related platforms.

Required Qualifications
• Strong understanding of LLMs, including how they work, their capabilities, and limitations.
• Practical experience using Claude Code in production workflows.
• Ability to work confidently with custom internal tools and predefined processes.
• Proven ability to operate independently and proactively without step-by-step supervision.
• Exceptional attention to visual, contextual, and brand details.
• Familiarity with TikTok trends, slideshows, and short-form videos (15–30 seconds).
• Strong organizational skills and consistency in daily execution.
Nice to Have
• Experience with high-volume content production.
• Previous work with slideshows or UGC-style content.
• Experience handling multiple brands simultaneously.
• Understanding of performance-driven content and scaling execution.
