Position Overview: The Technical Lead is responsible for managing multiple development squads, ensuring efficient delivery of technical projects while maintaining code quality nd team productivity. This role also emphasizes team building, from recruiting to developing engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor multiple development squads (4–6 engineers per squad)
- Oversee technical implementation of projects across squads
- Establish development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements
- Manage sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives
- Conduct code reviews and ensure quality standards
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks and risks
- Focus on building and strengthening teams (recruitment, training, retention)
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years in a technical leadership role
- Strong programming skills in relevant technologies
- Experience with Agile methodologies and development practices
- Proven track record of delivering complex software projects
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
