We are looking for a well-rounded & detail-oriented CRM /Retention Manager to support Marketing initiatives critical to the growth of the company.

Your Responsibilities:

Supporting CMO to strategize and spearhead Marketing projects and initiatives beginning at post-purchase of the customer experience that drive customer retention and repurchases, including but not limited to:
- Product packaging & insert design and messaging
- Email, SMS, and direct mail marketing including segmentation by purchase behavior / customer type
- Loyalty & Referral programs
- Social, Community & Brand Ambassador programs
- Reputation management and reviews
- Customer surveying and feedback
- Planning and updating our Marketing Calendar (Email, SMS, Blog posts, et al).
- Reporting on core Marketing KPIs from all campaigns

Our Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business studies, marketing, or a comparable area
Minimum three years of experience in a Digital Marketing role
A/B testing mind-set
Experience using mainstream marketing, ecommerce, and project management tools (eg Asana, Slack, Yotpo, Klaviyo, Shopify, Canva)
An affinity for e-Commerce and customer retention / relationship management
Excellent oral and written command of the English language
