Job Title: Remote Paralegal
Pay: $24 - $26 per hour
Job Type: Part-Time

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Paralegal to join our client's legal team. This position will primarily involve handling Landlord-Tenant cases, Name Changes, Prenuptial Agreements, Uncontested Divorces, and other general legal matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in these areas and be comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys with drafting and reviewing legal documents, including lease agreements, eviction notices, prenuptial agreements, and divorce paperwork.
Conduct legal research related to landlord-tenant disputes, family law matters, and other relevant areas.
Prepare and file court documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and deadlines.
Communicate with clients, court clerks, and other legal professionals to facilitate case progress.
Manage case files, track deadlines, and maintain organized records.
Assist in drafting correspondence and responding to client inquiries.
Stay updated on relevant legal procedures and requirements in multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications:

1+ year of experience as a paralegal, preferably in landlord-tenant law, family law, or general civil matters.
Familiarity with court filing procedures and legal documentation.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and case management software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Benefits:

$24 - $26 per hour.
