Compensation

Expected earnings for this role are $93,000 to $178,000, which includes a $36,000 base plus commission. Salespeople who fail to earn at this level are not kept at Unload My Home, as our leads, systems, and resources provide ample opportunity for selling.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your mission is to close $100K in gross profit per month. You’ll take over fresh leads and passed opportunities from our follow-up team and turn them into signed contracts.

Your top responsibilities:

  • Complete at least 1 hour of self-directed training each week to sharpen your sales skills and mindset.
  • Call new leads immediately—including after hours and weekends up to 8 pm.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff to our transactions department after each contract is signed.

What we expect from you:

  • Get 1 approved contract signed in your first 30 days.
  • Own your outcomes—no excuses.
  • Every seller conversation ends in a decision: we're either moving forward or closing the file.

Your day starts at 8:30 am with a team huddle, where you'll review your numbers from the day before. As new leads roll in, you’ll reach out fast, digging deep with sellers to uncover pain and qualify opportunities. You'll run offer calls, negotiate price, and keep deals moving.

Signed agreements seamlessly transition to our transaction coordinator, so you can get right back to selling. You may occasionally step back into a deal if needed.

Lunch is from 12:30 to 1:30 pm EST, and you’ll close out your day by reviewing a recorded call, scoring yourself, and deciding where to focus your next training.
