We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency that specializes in search engine optimization and AI search visibility. We work with startups, franchises, ecommerce, and service companies across the U.S.

We are looking for a hybrid SEO & Client Success Manager to join our team. This role blends SEO research and strategy with client relationship and project management responsibilities. You will directly influence our clients’ growth while also ensuring smooth delivery of projects across our internal team.

This is a full-time, remote position ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, with advanced SEO capabilities.

What You’ll Do

SEO Research & Strategy (Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, etc.)

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify high-impact content opportunities for clients

  • Analyze search patterns to uncover high-volume, low-competition keywords

  • Research industry-specific requirements, processes, and statistics that vary by location

  • Create research briefs that guide our content development team
    Support the development of content templates that can be scaled programmatically

  • Monitor performance metrics and refine research methodologies based on results

Client Success & Project Management

  • Manage client relationships, client teams, and overall project cadence

  • Handle client calls and liaise between clients and ViewEngine Principals

  • Ensure nothing falls through the cracks by keeping tasks organized and prioritized

  • Translate research and strategy into clear deliverables for content and dev teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent (native) English proficiency

  • Strong analytical and research skills, especially with SEO methodologies and keyword analysis

  • Drill sergeant–like organization—able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines seamlessly

  • Proactive, personable, and comfortable leading communication with clients

  • Ability to understand search intent across different industries and localities

  • Comfortable working independently and making decisions daily

  • Working hours aligned with U.S. Eastern Time Zone
