Chief of Staff (Remote – EST Hours Required)

Compensation: $50,000–$70,000 base + performance-based bonuses

This is not a passive ops job. You will be the right hand to the founder, bridging execution across brands, leading reporting systems, enforcing accountability, and ensuring business units stay aligned and moving.
Your Mission
Bring clarity, follow-through, and structure to a dynamic founder juggling multiple ventures.
Connect the dots between teams, hold leaders accountable, and ensure high standards of performance.
Keep both companies running at pace without requiring constant founder input on tactical follow-up.
Responsibilities
Own company-wide reporting cadence (daily check-ins, weekly KPIs, monthly and quarterly reviews).
Create dashboards and systems for visibility across both organizations.
Lead one-on-one and team check-ins with staff to ensure accountability.
Manage internal comms between departments (Marketing, Sales, Ops, Coaching, Ecommerce).
Oversee executive calendar, meeting agendas, follow-ups, and cross-functional execution.
Liaise with external freelancers, agencies, and team leads.
Collaborate with the founder on special initiatives including: funnel execution, personal brand campaigns, book launches, and retreats.
Support company operations (admin, legal, budget tracking, contractor onboarding) alongside our VA and CFO.
What We’re Looking For
You’ve been the integrator, not just the note-taker. You’ve helped founders or executives stay out of the weeds while you run the ops.
You have experience running point across ecommerce and/or online education/coaching businesses.
You can navigate Slack, Google Workspace, GoHighLevel, ClickUp/Asana, and AI tools with speed.
You love dashboards, tracking KPIs, creating accountability, and asking: “What’s the actual outcome here?”
You are proactive, decisive, and able to manage up, down, and sideways.
You operate with emotional intelligence, but not emotional drama.
Preferred Background
3–6+ years in Chief of Staff, Director of Ops, or Strategic EA roles at startups, ecommerce, or coaching companies.
Solid working knowledge of online marketing, digital funnels, paid traffic, and DTC sales.
Familiarity with brand building, webinar funnels, CRM platforms, and project management tools.
U.S.-based or LATAM-based with fluent English and strict availability in EST business hours.
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience working with personal brands and authors.
Comfort working with entrepreneurs who move fast and demand precision.
Skills in managing virtual teams and using AI tools to create leverage.
