- Recruiter call
An initial conversation with one of our recruiters to understand your background, experience, and career goals. This is a non-technical interview that also assesses communication skills and alignment with our company values. Typically takes 20-30 minutes;
- First technical interview
A detailed discussion with a technical expert to evaluate your core technical skills and problem-solving abilities. Expect to dive into real-world scenarios, and test your design skills and architect approach. Duration: 60–90 minutes.
- Second Technical Interview
A deeper technical assessment with more practical focus, and problem-solving. This interview will include review of a code base with deep discussions about IaC, Container images, CI/CD tools, and K8S. Duration: 60–90 minutes.
- HR Closing Meeting
A final meeting with HR to review the process, discuss logistics, and address any remaining questions. This step ensures clarity on both sides before moving forward. Duration: 30 minutes.
