1. Screening [30 mins]: Casual interview with someone from the team. Deep dive into your background and motivation.
2. Technical interview [1 hr]: Live code challenge with two of our engineers.
3. Cultural-fit interview [1 hr]: Interview with future team lead.
4. Decision: You'll hear from us within 2 days with our decision.
