We are a small remote team comprised of friendly individuals. Our focus is on creating a welcoming environment where everyone's well-being is valued, regardless of their work location, hours, or working style.

Our hiring philosophy is centered around fostering a positive work culture. We prioritize individuals who demonstrate kindness, integrity, and effectiveness in their roles. Rather than micromanaging, we promote a culture of trust, autonomy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

At our core, we are passionate about remote work, building vibrant communities, and promoting inclusivity in employment opportunities. We believe in an outcome-driven approach, balancing hard work with a supportive work-life balance and a culture of trust.

Here are a few key aspects about us:

In general, here's what to expect:

1. Send an intro email with your application
Pay attention to the job posting - we normally include specifics to add to your email.

2. Call with the hiring manager
Goals: Understand your motivation and experience, see if there's alignment between our shared values, Q&A.

3. Call with WWR Team

If you've made it to the next round, you'll meet two future WWR teammates. Goals: learn more about the culture and get to know a few of your potential colleagues.

5. Recommendations

If the call goes well, we'll ask you to share 3-5 recommendations and reviews from people you've worked with in the past.

If we're excited about everything up to this point, we'll make an offer. If we don't make an offer we'll provide detailed feedback about our decision-making process over email.
