We’re looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Lead to take ownership of our growth strategy and oversee all marketing execution. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage SEO, Facebook/Google Ads, email campaigns, and funnel optimization — while coordinating with internal contributors and working directly with the CEO.

What You’ll Do
Develop and lead our digital marketing strategy across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, email, and landing pages
Manage our marketing calendar, lead funnels, and performance tracking systems
Optimize campaigns for conversions, lower CPA, and improved ROAS
Report on KPIs including CTR, CPC, ROAS, lead volume, and conversion rates using Google Analytics and Meta Ads tools
Oversee marketing workflow and automation in Monday.com and Onyx
Conduct market research and competitor audits to guide growth decisions
Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, sales, and operations to ensure alignment on company-wide goals
Stay up to date with platform changes and digital marketing best practices in the healthcare space
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, including leadership or strategic ownership roles
Mastery of both SEO and paid advertising (Facebook + Google Ads required)
Experience running performance-based campaigns with measurable ROI
Strong background in website optimization, content strategy, and funnel building
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation tools
Clear, confident communicator who can lead meetings, delegate tasks, and prioritize growth initiatives
Strategic thinker who can also execute directly when needed
Bachelor’s degree preferred — but proven results matter more than formal credentials
