Technical Writer

We need a Technical Writer, amazing at creating clear, concise and user-friendly documentation. Help us support our clients, developers and personnel through documentation that provides technical information, processes, system features in the form of user-guides, technical integration guides and online help content for the platforms and solutions that we provide.

What You Will Do

Write and maintain Knowledge Based articles targeted at customers and internal users for our newest flagship product Farsight®.
Help us build and lead the technical writing and support functions for this new product
Provide online support through Intercom or similar as needed
Help us onboard our existing technical support team towards the new processes and product

About You

Smart and gets things done
Excellent technical writing and communication skills in English
Professional knowledge of French, German, Italian, Japanese or Spanish is a plus
You have 5+ years experience as a technical writer or as support leader
You have a strong understanding of software development and support processes
Professional knowledge or prior involvement in renewable energy is a plus
You have a 4-hour overlap with CET/CEST time zones as our teams are globally distributed
You can travel to Italy within three months of hiring so we can get to know you
