Role: Technical Solutions Consultant

We’re looking for a remote Technical Solutions Consultant to join us in supporting specialized church management systems and CRMs. We’re especially interested in someone who gets excited about making a difference for churches, enjoys documenting processes, and thrives in a team where people support each other.

What you’ll do:

Partner directly with large U.S.-based churches to design creative, custom solutions
Write clean, scalable code using SQL and Lava (Liquid) for Rock RMS
Test, launch, and maintain applications and systems that churches rely on
Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver clear, effective solutions
Train and support clients, empowering them to get the most out of Rock RMS

What you bring:

Strong experience with SQL, data migration, and data integrity
Familiarity with Rock RMS or similar CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bonus points for:

Experience with church management software (Arena, F1, CCB, Planning Center, etc.)
Front-end skills with jQuery and Bootstrap
Direct experience working for a church and a passion for helping churches succeed
