BrandChamp is looking for a resourceful, AI-native Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing engine and help us scale the next phase of growth. This is a do-er role—perfect for someone who loves getting their hands dirty across paid media, content, SEO, video, social, and referral marketing.
We’re a small team building powerful software for eCommerce brands to run ambassador and referral programs. Our customers include lifestyle, fitness, wellness, and beauty brands that want to grow through community and content.
This is a remote-friendly role for non-U.S.-based applicants, but you’ll also have the unique opportunity to spend time (or live!) at our HQ in the U.S. Virgin Islands alongside our founding team.
🔑 What You’ll Be Doing
This role reports directly to the Head of Revenue and collaborates closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
Lead and execute marketing campaigns across paid media, email, SEO, social, and sponsorships
Own lead generation and conversion, including processing leads from form submission to SQL (sales-qualified lead)
Manage and optimize paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
Own our content calendar and publish SEO-driven blog posts, playbooks, and customer stories
Run our social media presence, especially on LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, and TikTok
Build and scale our referral program, in partnership with Customer Success
Support product adoption and launches with announcements, onboarding content, and guides
Create and manage short-form video & podcast content for education and engagement
Help prioritize marketing efforts and execute the roadmap with speed and consistency
Track performance and optimize using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ahrefs
🚀 What Makes This Role Unique
AI-native is a must: You’ll be expected to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva Magic, etc.) to scale your output and work efficiently across tasks. If you aren’t already using AI to streamline your workflow, this job may feel overwhelming.
Not a strategist-only role: This is a roll-up-your-sleeves execution role. We’re looking for someone who does the work—writes copy, builds pages, schedules content, runs ads—not just someone who makes plans.
Interesting work setup: BrandChamp is a remote team based in the U.S. Virgin Islands, and we welcome applicants who want to work remote or might want to spend time in-person or work from a tropical paradise.

✅ You’re a Great Fit If You...
Have 3–5 years of SaaS or eCommerce marketing experience
Have hands-on execution chops across paid ads, email, social, and SEO
Are fluent in using AI to move faster and create high-quality output
Are comfortable processing and nurturing inbound leads through early stages of the funnel
Have experience working cross-functionally with sales and product teams
Bonus: You’ve worked in community-based marketing, ambassador/influencer programs, or creator-led brands
Bonus: You’ve marketed for an eCommerce brand and understand what makes one grow
