We are seeking a customer-centric, data-driven Product Manager with PPC Marketing Experience who can deeply understand our customers, anticipate market trends, and drive innovation that differentiates ClickGUARD from the competition through exceptional user experience and data-driven decisions.
๐ This role is NOT about managing internal corporate tools and processes. Instead, youโll lead a customer-facing Product-Led Growth (PLG) team in a fast-moving, highly competitive digital marketing space where understanding customers, competitive positioning, and delivering measurable value are key.
๐ PPC marketing experience is essential. While this is not a PPC marketing role, you must have a strong grasp of PPC marketing principles, marketer psychology, and digital marketing best practices to create intuitive, high-converting, and user-friendly experiences.
About the role
- Deeply understand PPC marketing customer needs - Obsessive user engagement, analyze feedback, and translate real-world pain points into product solutions.
- Own the product's user experience โ Identify UX pain points, optimize user flows, and collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to ensure a seamless and intuitive experience.
- Competitive intelligence โ Continuously analyze industry trends, competitors, and market shifts to uncover opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Data-driven prioritization โ Make product decisions based on analytics, user behavior, and business impact, not just internal stakeholder requests.ย
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the product vision and roadmap based on market research, customer needs, and business strategy.
- Own UI/UX strategy and drive design - Create wireframes, and ensure visually appealing, high-converting interfaces.ย
- Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and usability studies to ensure product decisions are grounded in real user experiences.
- Perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment between product strategy and go-to-market initiatives.
- Define and track key product metrics to ensure to measurable improvements in customer retention and revenue growth.
What we're looking for
- Strong understanding of PPC marketing, digital advertising campaigns.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX best practices โ You can confidently evaluate design, improve user flows, and provide feedback on usability.
- Experience with UI/UX tools - (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Analytical mindset with experience using product analytics tools.
- Strong business acumen โ You understand how product decisions impact growth, retention, and revenue.
- Ability to work lean and iterate quickly, balancing speed with delivering real value.
- Experience working in competitive markets where differentiation and positioning are key.ย
