Role Overview: We're seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Creative Agency Production Manager to join our global team. The PM is at the core of our creative operations, ensuring smooth project execution, exceptional quality control, and timely delivery of our high-performing video content.

What You'll Do:

Manage and coordinate agency-style production workflows, ensuring all projects move seamlessly from initiation to final delivery.
Lead our JetCrews (creative pods) composed of Creative Directors and Video Editors, providing clear guidance, setting expectations, and maintaining accountability.
Oversee the adherence to project timelines, proactively identifying and mitigating any bottlenecks or potential delays.
Coordinate closely with the Creative Quality Manager (CQA), Creative Performance Strategist (CPS), Creator Partnership Managers, and Account Managers to align on production requirements and expectations.
Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols, maintaining our high creative standards.
Facilitate regular team retrospectives, promoting continuous improvement in workflow efficiency and creativity.

Who You Are:

3+ years of agency experience managing creative production processes, ideally within a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communicator, capable of managing diverse, international teams remotely.
Deep understanding of creative production workflows, preferably in UGC or digital content creation.
Comfortable leveraging project management tools (Monday.com, Notion, Slack, etc.).
Driven, proactive, solution-oriented, and adept at troubleshooting production issues.

Bonus Points If You:

Have experience integrating AI tools into creative workflows.
Are familiar with agile production methodologies and sprint-based delivery systems.
Bring prior experience from UGC or performance marketing industries.
