We’re looking for a Front-End Software Engineer with a strong UI/UX. You’ll play a key role in shaping the user experience; building smooth, high-performance interfaces that make it easy for users to build, deploy, and monitor AI workflows.

You’ll collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to turn complex ideas into a seamless, responsive experience. If you’re passionate about great design, detail-oriented, and love creating polished UIs, we’d love to work with you.

What You’ll Do:

Build and maintain core product interfaces with React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
Use shadcn/ui to create clean, accessible, and beautiful UI components
Turn Figma mocks and user flows into working features with design and product teams
Implement real-time, responsive, and accessible web experiences
Optimize for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
Work with tools like Cursor, Radix UI, Framer Motion, and Headless UI
Contribute to and evolve Aizen’s design system and component library
Write clean, maintainable code and support front-end testing practices (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of front-end development experience with web apps
Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern component libraries
Experience with front-end context management (integrating with backend APIs)
Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, and other modern tools
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and attention to detail
Experience with tools like Cursor for fast prototyping and debugging
Comfort working with Figma and translating design specs into polished UIs
Familiarity with design systems, accessibility best practices, and animation libraries like Framer Motion
Bonus: Experience with AI/ML APIs or interest in AI tooling
