What you will do
- Evaluate, create and provide feedback on creative visual content such as UI, branding, illustrations, video and more.
- Rank tool outputs and identify patterns that align with high-quality design principles
- Help define aesthetic benchmarks and taste standards for the next generation of creative tooling.
- Collaborate with Contra’s team and partner companies to improve future leaning creative systems
- Work on flexible, project-based assignments with potential for ongoing engagements
What we are looking for
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual design across web, mobile, or branding complete on Contra’s platform **(This is required)
- Deep understanding of what makes design “good” with strong aesthetic intuition, balance, and usability
- Ability to articulate design feedback clearly and succinctly
- Comfort working in fast-paced, experimental environments (experience with AI tools is a plus)
- Availability for part-time, remote, contract work with flexible hours per project
